Treatwell is looking for a confident, self-motivated Business Development Manager(field sales consultant) to join our team in Birmingham. You'll be out and about visiting salons and beauty businesses, showing them how our software and marketplace can help them grow.
What You'll Be Doing
* Booking and visiting salons and beauty businesses across Birmingham
* Showing business owners how Treatwell works through short demos
* Signing up new partners and helping them join our platform
* Managing your own territory and daily schedule
* Meeting monthly targets (don’t worry – we’ll support you to get there!)
* Using our CRM system to keep track of your activity and progress
Who This Is Perfect For
You might have worked in:
* Field sales (B2B or B2C)
* Recruitment
* Hospitality (e.g. hotel/event sales or guest services)
* Retail management or in-store product sales
* Uber, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or a tech-enabled field role
* Payments companies (like SumUp, Square, etc.)
* Or even in a hair or beauty business yourself
What matters most is that you're:
* Confident speaking to new people face-to-face
* Comfortable with walk-ins and cold outreach
* Self-organised, independent, and motivated
* Naturally outgoing and positive
* Based in Birmingham (or close)
* Full driving licence holder
