EKFB is delivering civil engineering projects for HS2. The role is on a fixed-term contract of 12 months, based in Brackley.
About The Role
At EKFB we’re shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four partners—Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM—bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high-speed rail projects.
You will be the day-to-day focal point for supply chain assurance and performance across the project, within the Supply Chain Management Team. You will lead on planning, managing, supervising, facilitating and coordinating supply chain management activities. You will also provide the procurement team with support in developing acquisition strategies, evaluating packages, and delivering benefits.
As a relationship manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver EKFB’s Strategic Supplier Relationship Management strategy, driving best-value solutions for the business, client, and HS2 programme.
About You
* Experience of providing strategic and operational leadership in a major project environment or complex organisation
* Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management best practice
* Strong internal / external stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of collaborative working environments, and formal methods of relationship management
* Self-starter with a track record of working autonomously
* Ability to influence and manage business transformation initiatives
* Knowledge of performance management and continuous improvement related methodologies and techniques
* Knowledge of relationship management techniques, and experience with managing strategic relationships with 3rd parties
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to produce performance-related statistics, reporting, and analysis
* Experience of managing stakeholder conflict
* Knowledge of supply chain assurance management and compliance
* Driving licence is required for this role
