The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build on their experience in a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:
Drafting Wills and Trusts
Probate and Estate Administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection matters
Tax planning and asset protectionThe Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2-3 years PQE in Private Client work although more experienced candidates will be considered
Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, and related matters
STEP membership or working towards (desirable but not essential)
Excellent client care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:
