Overview
Join to apply for the Multi-Home Care Team Leader - Nights role at Norse Group, NorseCare Services Across Norfolk. This is a nights-based, multi-site leadership role across 33 care services in Norfolk. 38.5 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours. Salary: £15.96 per hour on nights, equivalent to £31,951.92 per annum plus enhancements and a paid sickness scheme.

Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise care teams across multiple establishments, coordinating short-notice staff cover and inductions for new starters.
* Record and report on staff performance; support day-to-day management in collaboration with the Senior team.
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enables residents to make informed choices, supporting independence and dignity in line with each care plan.
* Oversee the administration of medicines where appropriate and respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner.
* Communicate with other medical professionals as required and ensure care delivery aligns with established procedures.
What we’re looking for
* Full UK driving licence due to travel between our establishments
* Previous experience working within a similar social care role
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate others
* Able to work effectively as both an individual and as part of a team
* Willing to go that extra mile
What the day could look like
You will build strong relationships with colleagues, lead, supervise and motivate others. You will support with the day-to-day management of staff across our establishments, including coordinating short-notice staff cover, inductions, and reporting on staff performance as required. You will also ensure high-quality, person-centred care, oversee medicines administration where appropriate, and respond to calls and emergencies in a timely manner.
