Key responsibilities include:
* Water hygiene checks - L8 checks
* Emergency lighting checks
* Daily, weekly and monthly PPM checks
* Basic electrics depending upon qualifications (competency)
* Clearing and tidying up of common areas, plant rooms, store rooms etc
* Repairing safety hazards
* Installation of appliances and machines
* Liaison with contractors and suppliers (control of permits, escorting duties, managing safety)
* Managing deliveries of items
* Attend reactive breakdowns actively triaging intervention or sub contractor call outs
* Complete/ assist completion of PPM regimes
* Monitor stock and start ordering procedure
* Ensure all records are up-to-date
* Meter readings
Suitable candidates will have:
* Mechanical/Plumbing NVQ 2&3 or equivalent (Essential)
* Experience of High Pressure systems (Desired)
* Electrical Skills - Knowledge Advantageous
* Experience in a similar role (Desired)
* Knowledge of TFM Contracts
* Proficient in the use of I.T. (Word, Excel, CAFM systems)
Required knowledge includes:
* Health & Safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Company procedures
* COSHH
* Water Hygiene
* Site technical systems
* Facilities management services
* Company Quality procedures
* Company Environmental Management plan and local procedures
* ENGIE Quality & Environmental Management Systems
* IT business support systems including SAP and Planon CAFM system
