As an experienced Creative Designer, you will be part of our centralised creative team and support all areas of the business, specifically in Ireland and the EMEA regions. With a real creative eye for promotional content, a good understanding of digital media, digital marketing campaigns, customer engaging content, and print, you will work very closely with the Irish and EMEA teams to create innovative & engaging communication & marketing campaigns for their regions.
Working in an agile & fast-paced environment, your creative flair will transform a stakeholder brief into the development, design & delivery of engaging assets for use across website, email, social, print, and other platforms.
From designing marketing emails to producing web banners, through to leaflets and brochures to large format print, your role as a Creative Designer is demanding, exciting, and diverse. Your role will demand up-to-date knowledge of trends, styles, and industry software.
Managing multiple design briefs simultaneously for many countries and in many languages requires focus, robust time management, and a very high attention to detail and accuracy, bringing the Cromwell brand to life in all your creations.
Role Responsibilities
1. Design creative requirements for Email, Social, Web & Digital platforms
2. Design creative requirements for print, from brochures and leaflets through to large format
3. Highly creative and results driven
4. Proactively ideate and develop innovative ideas to bring our brand and business to life within the digital space
5. Support achievement of business goals and objectives through your designs & achievement of high conversion rates
6. Produce designs that deliver exceptional customer experiences
7. Design mobile-friendly layouts for email campaigns, social campaigns, landing pages, etc.
8. Advanced knowledge of image manipulation
9. Proactive, high energy, results-oriented & enthusiastic approach to your work
10. Produce creative ideas and concepts and develop designs through innovation, thinking, and competitor research
11. Collaborate with stakeholders in Ireland and EMEA to discuss & fully understand the business objectives and requirements of the job, supporting the completion of a design brief
12. Excellent project management skills
13. Prepare work by gathering information and materials
14. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s brand and corporate guidelines, being a strong ambassador for the brand by ensuring all work encompasses the guidelines
15. Support & educate stakeholders to understand the brand guidelines and their purpose
16. Work with a range of media across all channels and keep up to date with emerging technologies
17. Maintain very high attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
18. Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels and functions within the wider business, especially in Ireland and EMEA
19. Meet deadlines and work under pressure, with speed and accuracy
20. Art-direct photographers and videographers
21. Work independently & as part of a team
22. Prepare finished artwork for print
23. Use large format output to produce banners and posters as needed
24. Use innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints
25. Maintain very high attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
26. Experience with packages such as Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
27. Possess passion and enthusiasm for design and be highly creative
