Role Overview As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver dynamic lessons. Offer focused support to pupils both one-to-one and in small group settings.
