Auction Administrator
We’re looking for a highly motivated Administrator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Hammersmith, West London. As our Administrator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Administrator (Auctions) to include:
7. Administrative support to sales and management department within the office
8. Communicating with clients and suppliers
9. Taking calls and message taking
10. Typing and data entry
11. Filing
Skills and experience required to be our Administrator (Auctions)
12. Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
13. Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
14. Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
15. Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
16. Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
18. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
