Responsibilities
* As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of the restaurant, dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
* Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, and look after customers’ specific needs.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
* Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
* Work in a fast moving, high energy environment and contribute with a genuine smile and an ability to connect with customers so they feel valued.
Qualifications and Experience
* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.

Pay and Shifts
* Pay rate: Over 18 - £12.26 per hour
* In the Donegall Place store, customer care shifts starting from:
* Sun-Thurs: 6am with a latest finish of 2am
* Fri-Sat: 6am-6am
* The maximum shift length is 8–9 hours
* Hours worked between 12am–6am are paid an additional £1 per hour on top of the regular rate
