Cover Supervisor Wanted – Secondary Schools (Spalding, Lincolnshire)
Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to take the lead in the classroom? We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Spalding, Lincolnshire, stepping in to cover lessons across a range of subjects.
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)
Pay: Starting at £110/day, with potential to increase based on experience and performance
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects
* Maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment
* Manage student behaviour effectively and consistently
* Support pupils’ learning and engagement during teacher absences
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident and calm in front of a class
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Reliable, flexible, and able to think on your feet
* Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
