As a Workplace Team Member, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly at our client’s site - proactively addressing any issues.
Job Description
We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset with experience of delivering exceptional customer service within a high-end corporate or hotel/hospitality type environment.
With a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile, you’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment. You instinctively know how to communicate with clients—what to say (and just as importantly, what not to say) - antipating their needs & helping to foster a polished, professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome colleagues and guests with friendly, professional service
* Respond promptly and politely to enquiries
* Complete daily checklists to maintain workspace quality and track performance
* Assist with room bookings and guest arrivals using existing systems
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen
* Follow client security procedures and manage hospitality with external caterers
* Act as the first point of contact and ambassador for the ISS brand and values
About You
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - within a Blue Chip Corporate or High End Hotel /Hospitality setting.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Strong team player with the ability to work well in group settings
* Good MS Office skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
* Able to achieve SC Clearance: SC Clearance: SC Clearance - Eligibility Criteria
