The Role
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at the Chippenham office. In this front-facing role, you will manage the reception area and ensure a high standard of service for clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Meeting, greeting and assisting clients and visitors
* Maintaining the appearance and tidiness of the reception area and meetings rooms, to include ensuring refreshments in the rooms are replenished as required
* Making and receiving both internal and external telephone calls
* Diary management to include scheduling appointments
* Dealing with client queries such as verifying ID and taking card payments
* General office administration tasks such as stationery orders and managing cover rotas
* Supporting legal assistants in the office with some secretarial tasks
Your Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience of working in a similar role or office environment is essential. You will need to possess strong communication skills and have the ability to confidentially liaise with clients over the phone and in person, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
You will need to demonstrate excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
Strong time management is essential to the role along with the ability to work under pressure and remain focussed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
