What You Will Do:
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support production and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and internal analysis.
* Act as the first point of contact for technical and administrative matters, fostering strong customer relationships.
* Manage procurement processes, including handling RFQs, issuing quotes, and progressing pending orders.
* Oversee the management of goods receipt and resolve any issues that arise.
* Provide expert technical support and advice to engineering teams, resolving queries and driving solutions.
* Organise and chair service review meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer needs.
What You Will Bring:
* HNC level qualification or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering and manufacturing environment.
* Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and independently.
* A valid driving licence, as the role involves travel between sites in Runcorn and Shieldhall, Glasgow.
