About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is essential, and IT skills are preferred. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Your responsibilities include ensuring residents live in a well-maintained environment through proactive inspections, audits, and record-keeping. Tasks may include replacing taps, fitting extractor fans, repairing windows, or decorating, always with kindness as a priority.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
