What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews of patients with substance misuse issues
* Carry out non‑medical prescribing responsibilities to support recovery plans
* Develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
* Deliver harm reduction advice and needle exchange services
* Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as needed
* Engage in street support prescribing to reach vulnerable populations
* Provide expert advice and guidance to other healthcare providers in the field
Requirements:
* Relevant nursing qualification with active NMC Registration
* Recent nursing experience in Substance Misuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol settings, or Recovery
* Demonstrated ability to work within a fast‑paced city centre environment
* Experience with System One is highly desirable
