Female Support Worker (Part-Time) Location: BH12 - Upper Parkstone Hours: 18-24 per week Shifts: 3:30pm-10pm, sleep-in, then 7am-10:30am and alternate weekends Sleep-ins: 1 per week. Sleep in payments are £50 per sleep in, which equates to an additional £2,400 per annum sleep in payments (based on 48 weeks of the year). About the Person You'll Be Supporting You'll be working with a woman in her late 20s who thrives with consistent, compassionate support. She enjoys people-watching, coffee outings, and being actively involved in her own daily routines. Her family is closely involved, and maintaining those relationships is an important part of her support. She needs assistance with: - Walking - Personal care - Eating and drinking She also attends a day centre four times a week, so you'll be part of helping her get ready, travel safely, and enjoy her time there.
