Warranty & Service Advisor Required in Guildford for Franchised Car Dealer Group
Our Client's Car Dealer Group in Guildford is seeking a skilled Service & Warranty Administrator to join their aftersales team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals to manage warranty claims and service administrative tasks within a thriving automotive environment. With a competitive basic salary of £32,000 and uncapped OTE potentially reaching £46,000 or more, the successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the dealership’s expanding warranty programmes and customer satisfaction initiatives.
This position involves working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one in four Saturdays mornings. The role requires someone who is organised, customer-focused, and capable of analysing data efficiently to optimise warranty sales and administrative processes.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in service advising or warranty administration within the automotive industry with a 70% focus on warranty and 30% focus on service administration.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to analyse data and manage warranty claims effectively
Proficiency with dealer management systems and external software such as CDK Drive or Pinnacle DMSNice to Have Skills:
Experience with extended warranties and sales strategies
Knowledge of automotive product ranges, including electric vehicles
Previous collaboration with dealership teams and workshop staffPreferred Education and Experience:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar Dealership role
Relevant automotive service or warranty certifications
Background in automotive technology or business administration preferredOther Requirements:
Full-time availability, with flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis
