Performance Management Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Day Rate: £750 - £800 per day (Inside IR35)

As part of this strategic shift towards a skills‑based organisation and a high‑performing culture, the Bank is seeking a specialist contractor to lead the design and implementation of a modern, robust performance management framework.
This is a senior, high‑impact role ideal for someone with deep expertise in performance and reward design, organisational change, and transformation delivery within complex environments.
