An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cluster Director of Sales to lead the sales performance across a cluster of quality hotels. This is a senior, hands-on commercial role for a hotel sales professional with a proven background in multi-site revenue growth, team leadership, and strategic account management.
The Role
You will take full ownership of total sales strategy and execution across the hotels, driving corporate, leisure, group and MICE revenue.
* Leading and implementing the cluster sales strategy
* Driving new business and growing key accounts across all three properties
* Managing, mentoring and developing on-property and cluster sales teams
* Working closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to maximize total revenue
* Representing the hotels at client events, site visits and networking opportunities
* Analyzing sales performance and adapting strategy to market conditions
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Director of Sales, Cluster Sales Director or Senior Sales Leader within hotels
* Strong background in corporate, MICE, group and leisure markets
* Demonstrable success in driving revenue across multiple properties
* Highly commercial with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Confident team leader with a hands-on, results-driven style
* Well-presented with strong communication and presentation skills
