Responsibilities
* Apply the brand-appropriate selling ceremony with each customer for both Samsonite and TUMI within the store.
* Understand personal sales goals and KPIs, and strive to meet or exceed targets.
* Work independently at times and as part of a dedicated brand team.
* Provide exceptional customer service with a solutions-oriented mindset.
* Maintain store standards, including swift replenishment of products and store presentation.
