Your new role
As an Operations Officer, you will support the day-to-day management of a busy leisure centre and associated facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Deputising for the Assistant Manager or Duty Manager as required.
2. Assisting with the management of leisure facilities, bookings, and budgets.
3. Supporting the development and promotion of activity programmes aligned withmunity needs.
4. Contributing to staff management including rotas, recruitment, absence monitoring, and training.
5. Overseeing plant operations and ensuring health and safetypliance.
6. Handling customer service duties, including reception cover andplaint resolution.
7. Supporting marketing initiatives and quality assurance programmes.
8. Acting as a keyholder and responding to alarm callouts.
What you'll need to succeed
9. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the leisure or a related sector.
10. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
11. Experience in staff supervision and facility operations.
12. A proactive and flexible approach to work, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.
13. A basic Access NI check (required prior to appointment).
