Creating and checking standard document templates for internal and external use Entering, updating, and managing data in systems such as Global XB and MS Office Filing documents accurately and maintaining records of aged balances/non-payments Responding to correspondence and queries in line with procedures Reviewing departmental reports (e.g., warranties, unallocated cash, funding, claims) and taking action to resolve issues Reconciling cash balances and trading partner statements Allocating cash receipts, settlements, and foreign currency transactions Preparing statements of account and payment requisition requests Monitoring unpaid premiums and ensuring compliance with settlement conditions Helpful extras Based in Cheltenham bright, modern offices Hybrid working available (after training period) Full, structured classroom and on-the-job training provided Progression path mapped out from Day 1 (fully funded qualifications!)
