You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
Smooth and efficient running of the service department
Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
Drive customer service
Monitoring KPIs
Driving the team, support and trainingAftersales Manager Requirements:
Must have atleast 2+ years experience as a Service / Aftersales Manager
Main dealership experience
Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
