Holiday Inn in Shepperton is beautiful multi faceted site a which offers various amenities like an indoor pool, gymnasium, restaurant, bar, and meetings and conference spaces. The hotel is set on 11 acres of grounds and is conveniently located close to Heathrow Airport.
We're looking for a Director of Sales who can lead from the front, managing both proactive and reactive sales teams while bringing a real business development edge.
You'll play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy, building strong client relationships, and converting the low-hanging fruit that's ready to deliver serious results.
What you'll do:
* Drive new business across corporate, MICE, leisure, and events.
* Be the face of the hotel's sales operation, building lasting client partnerships.
* Work closely with marketing, revenue, and operations to hit ambitious targets
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
What you will need:
* :Proven experience in hotel or venue sales leadership. 4 years +
* Strong track record in managing both proactive and reactive sales teams.A true business developer with energy, creativity, and commercial focus.
* Strong Christmas and Corporate experience
The Package
£55,000 -£60,0000 plus 20% Commission structure. Potential £70k plus OTE
