Full Stack Developer
About the role
We are supporting a growing agency that creates a wide range of web and application solutions for clients across multiple sectors. They are looking for a software developer who is genuinely interested in digital product development and wants to be involved in building high-quality, user-focused solutions.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable contributing across both front end and back end development.
What you will be doing:
1. Developing and maintaining web and application solutions across a range of projects
2. Working closely with designers and other developers to bring ideas to life
3. Contributing to technical discussions, planning and delivery
4. Taking ownership of features and seeing them through to completion
5. Writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code
Experience you will bring:
6. Solid commercial experience in object-oriented programming using a strongly typed language such as Java or C#
7. Hands-on experience with front end development using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue
8. Confidence working across both front end and back end, as this is a full stack role
9. A genuine interest in digital development and the type of work produced in an agency or studio environment
10. Ability to clearly demonstrate current, hands-on experience with the technologies listed on your CV
For those targeting the upper end of the salary range, we would expect to see:
11. Experience leading or owning parts of a project
12. Involvement in planning, specifications or project delivery discussions
13. Exposure to mentoring or supporting more junior developers
Working Environment
This is a fully office based role - there is no flexibility for remote / hybrid working.
