My client, based in Gateshead, are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Change Manager / Coordinator to oversee the organisation’s change management processes. This role encompasses managing changes across software products, business processes, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Experience
12. Demonstrated experience in change management within a software delivery or IT environment.
13. Experience coordinating projects and working within a PMO setting.
14. Change Management Knowledge
15. Analytical and Reporting Skills
16. Risk Management Expertise
17. Organisational and Coordination Skills
18. Problem-Solving Abilities
19. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
20. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
21. ITIL Foundation Certification
22. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
23. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification
24. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
