💻 End User Compute Support Analyst - Band 5

💷 £15.33 per hour
Join NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) as an End User Compute Support Analyst and play a key role in supporting critical IT systems that help deliver essential NHS services. You'll work within our Technology Services team, providing 1st and 2nd line support to over 6,500 users and contributing to the modernisation of our digital delivery.
🌟 What you'll do:
1. Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across NHSBSA offices.
2. Diagnose, resolve, and escalate software and hardware issues.
3. Manage access to applications and systems (User Account Management).
4. Install and configure ICT equipment.
5. Maintain accurate records via the IT service desk system.
6. Contribute to knowledge sharing and system documentation.
7. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
✅ What we're looking for:
8. Experience in IT support or a strong IT customer service background.
9. Ability to analyse, investigate and resolve ICT issues.
10. Skilled in communicating technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
11. Knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, SCCM, MDM, and Anti-Virus tools desirable.
12. A-level or equivalent in computing OR relevant experience.
Desirable: IT-related degree, IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile), and experience with ITSM tools.
