Were looking for anexperienced Account Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our partnercompanies and develop its Account Managementstrategies.
In your daytoday work youll focus onensuring that clients receive exceptional experiences and get theopportunity to contribute to various growthprojects.

In this roleyoull:
* Become anintegral part of the Customer Success & Account Managementteam in Zrich collaborating closely with Product and Sales to drivecrossfunctional initiatives.
* Build and maintainhighvalue trusted business relationships with enterprise clientsand key decisionmakers.
* Lead strategic accountmanagement efforts aimed at expanding accounts maximising clientretention and reducing churn.
* Proactivelysupport clients and handle escalations in partnership with theCustomer Success team.
* Champion client renewalsand activations in coordination with the Salesteam.
* Occasionally travel across GermanySwitzerland and Italy to engage with customers attend events andsupport the team.
YourProfile
* Proven trackrecord in Account Management with B2B Enterprise clients in theDACH region and/or Europe.
* Ability to manageclient relationships within complex enterprise organisationalhierarchies.
* Advanced commercial awareness aswell as emotional intelligence.
* Resilientempathetic and possessing an entrepreneurial problemsolving mindsetwith a strong sense of accountability andownership.
* Exceptional written and oralcommunication skills native or bilingual proficiency in German andEnglish; Italian is a plus.
Pleasenote that we are looking for support in theZrich office of our partner company.Eligibility to work within the EU is required aswell.
