Project Quantity Surveyor Demolition Contractor | Multiple Sites | London Area About the Role You will manage the commercial delivery of demolition and site clearance projects across the London area, typically running 2–4 projects simultaneously. Projects range from £500K to £5M+ in value, including residential, commercial, and industrial demolition. The role sits at the interface between site management and commercial control, with responsibility for cost, claims, and client relations.
