As an In-Comm Business Development Advisor, you will be the face of our brand-driving growth, fostering meaningful partnerships and showcasing our passion for apprenticeships, training and consultancy. You'll play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities to help businesses and individuals thrive through skills development.
Main Duties
Client engagement & Relationship Building.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning In-Comm's solutions to deliver value.
Sales & Business Growth.
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for apprenticeships, training, and consultancy.
* Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manager the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Market Insight & Development.
* Monitor and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Provide feedback to influence future products, promotions and service enhancements.
* Represent In-Comm at trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Operational Excellence.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
* Keep the CRM database up to date with accurate customer and sales information.
* Ensure professional standards and brand integrity are upheld in every client interaction.
Key Objectives
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
* Strengthen In-Comm's reputation as a leading training and apprenticeship provider.
