Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
* Diagnose issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical problems efficiently.
* Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality upon completion.
* Maintain accurate records of service performed, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
* Communicate effectively with clients to explain services rendered and provide recommendations for future maintenance.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in a relevant field.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
* A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
* Relevant certifications or training in technical fields will be considered an advantage.
