The Role
As a key member of the Leeds team you will work closely with the wider Legal 500 recognised Employment department and the head of department on high quality, varied matters spanning both contentious and non contentious work.
The team handles a broad range of instructions including TUPE, employment tribunals, discrimination and whistleblowing cases, corporate support and HR advisory work, with genuine flexibility over the type of work you take on.
The firm has a strong and recent track record of promoting at Legal Director and Partner level internally, and are equally keen to hear from Senior Associates ready to make the step up as they are from existing Legal Directors seeking a defined and evidenced pathway to partnership within one of the most respected Employment teams in the country.
