Events Co-ordinator Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Grade B - £28,598 - £34,434 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 25 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity for a customer‑focused, highly organised individual to join a dynamic events team where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting weddings, functions, and venue operations, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of memorable events from start to finish. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a mix of office work and hands‑on involvement, can stay calm under pressure, and are flexible with your working hours to meet the needs of wedding couples and event schedules. This position is ideal for someone with events management experience and excellent communication skills who wants to grow within a supportive, fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities and highlights include: Meeting customers to gather event details and preparing quotes Handling daily phone and email enquiries, plus data input Liaising with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event delivery Supporting functions on‑site, including occasional evening shifts Managing weekend and evening appointments to suit customer needs Assisting with venue access for scheduled bookings Please upload your up-to-date CV via the attachments part of your application, this is required for shortlisting.
