About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our afternoon and evening operations at the Knutsford site. Youll lead a dedicated team of cleaning staff, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the shift.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:30-23:30, 40 hours per week
Pay: £13.84 per hour
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team across the afternoon and evening shift
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback and support
- Overseeing training, compliance, and operational procedures
- Ensuring smooth handovers between shifts and seamless daily operation
- Maintaining stock levels, equipment, and uniform standards
About You
Youre reliable, driven, and confident in leading a team. You bring:
- Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and a positive, hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A sharp eye for detail and high standards
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
