Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEN Case Officer to support the delivery of a high-quality, child-centred Special Educational Needs (SEN) service. This role ensures that children and young people with SEND receive the provision, support and opportunities they need to thrive from early years through to post-16 / 19 education. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and review process, work collaboratively with families, education providers and multi-agency professionals, and be responsible for statutory phase transfer processes and the timely completion of annual reviews. This position is suited to a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of SEN legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a complex caseload effectively.
