Responsibilities
* Handle a varied commercial property caseload (including elements of agricultural property where required)
* Support an existing partner who is currently managing the majority of commercial property work
* Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings
* Contribute to business development activities where appropriate (working alongside others with strong local networks)
Qualifications
* Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility
* No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond inc sucesion planning
* Qualified solicitor/legal executive with experience in commercial property matters
* Able to manage a busy caseload and help relieve pressure on a busy partner
* Comfortable meeting clients in person
* Strong client-care mindset; approachable and responsive
