About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional post-purchase customer journey. You'll become the go-to contact for your assigned territories, ensuring customers receive seamless, proactive support across all channels. Working closely with Production, Transport, and Sales teams, you'll help strengthen loyalty, resolve challenges, and elevate the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for allocated territories, Key Accounts, and Klargester Accredited Installers. Handle incoming calls and email enquiries; process incoming sales orders. Make proactive outbound sales calls to potential customers. Prepare quotations, respond to tenders, and follow up to maximise conversion. Work with the Sales Office Manager to report on KPIs, including enquiries, quote wins/losses, and sales pipeline performance. Support Area Sales Managers in developing Key Account relationships, promotional activity, and attending relevant events. Fully utilise INFOR LN and CMS for quotations, qualification, order processing, validation, and customer updates. Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records across all platforms. Achieve individual and national sales targets. Build strong customer relationships, ensuring trust and outstanding service. Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Ability to analyse customer needs and tailor solutions effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. High attention to detail with strong data-entry accuracy. Friendly, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly. Full UK driving licence. Experience in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service. Industry experience in wastewater or construction (desirable). Why Join Kingspan Klargester?
