Exclusively retained by our client, an innovative infrastructure and investment company in Luton, we seek a highly experienced and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support the MD and Board in the full range of administrative support functions at the C-Level.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director - and concurrently supporting the Chair of the Board, and two Non-Executive Directors - you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of senior-level administration and governance processes. This role demands exceptional organisational acumen, discretion and, ideally, an understanding of the transportation or infrastructure/construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive support to the MD, Chair, and two NEDs, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare, format and distribute Board-level documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
* Facilitate board meetings, occasional meeting notes, and follow up on action points.
Person Specification
* Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at Board or C-suite level.
* Strong background supporting senior leadership within the construction, infrastructure, or national transportation sectors.
* Confident and proactive, with sound judgement and discretion.
* Knowledge of local government or public sector governance structures.
* Experience working within a regulated or complex stakeholder environment.
