About Position and details:

Skills/Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a “solution-minded” Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner with experience on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud, along with a strong understanding of SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating and delivering value through business process optimization and systems automation in areas such as lead, deal registration, account, contact, opportunity management, and CPQ. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team, engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. The main responsibility will be partnering directly with sales leaders and stakeholders to implement Salesforce enhancements supporting and automating the lead-to-quote process, aiming to improve efficiency and support a seamless sales experience.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement Lead to Quote architecture, including roadmaps, business analysis, proof of concepts, and scalable solution architectures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions addressing complex challenges.
* Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects.
* Perform gap analysis and develop innovative solutions.
* Create technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams.
* Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
* Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
* Build POCs and demonstrate new Salesforce features to stakeholders.
* Configure Salesforce using point-and-click methods, identifying when coding is necessary.
* Map business requirements to Salesforce OOTB features.
* Identify recurring issues for system improvements and maintain run books.
* Work closely with onshore and offshore developers during execution.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 10+ years as a business systems analyst on Salesforce platform.
* Minimum 5+ years experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
* Experience with Salesforce Industries Clouds, especially in Communication Cloud.
* Deep knowledge of Sales Processes and Pipeline management, including lead, account, opportunity management, Territory Management, Quote & Forecasting.
* Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows and validation rules.
* Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet challenging goals.
* Experience with Salesforce managed packages.
