We are looking for an experienced Reward Lead to shape and deliver a competitive and modern total reward strategy across a large, diverse workforce
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of the Total Reward Strat
* Manage the annual reward cycle including pay reviews and bonus proces
* Oversee salary benchmarking, job evaluation and pay governa
* Lead executive remuneration and incentive plans, including LTIP
* Manage reward reporting including gender pay gap and CEO pay ra
* Oversee benefits strategy, vendors and colleague value proposit
Qualifications
* YouStrong experience in reward within a complex organisatio
* tionExpertise in pay structures, incentives and benefits stra
* tegyExperience working in a PLC environment and supporting Remuneration Commit
* teesStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior lea
