What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
* Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
* Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent
* Negotiating offers and closing deals
* Working towards targets and celebrating when you smash them

What They’re Looking For

* Ideally, some customer‑facing or Bolton experience (but not essential)
* A resilient mindset and a genuine interest in people
