The Role:
* Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial clients
* Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day servicing
* Support new business activity (no individual sales targets)
* Work closely with a flat-structured, ego-free team that values collaboration
What We're Looking For:
* Insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
* Cert CII qualified or working towards it (full support provided)
* A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment
* A team player who's eager to learn and contribute
