The role - Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 including KS5 if applicable - Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking. - Monitor, and report on student progress effectively - Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum. - Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, particularly in laboratory settings - Support the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and teamwork. The ideal candidate We are looking for someone who: -Holds Qualified Teacher status - Has s strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or General Science - Is passionate about teaching and learning. - Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills. - Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. - Works well collaboratively and shows a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
