The Opportunity Project: We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Senior Civils Construction Supervisor to join our established and growing Pharma team in within our Consult Business working on Project Ensus on Teeside. Ensus operates one of the largest bioethanol production plants in Europe, converting more than a million tonnes of feed grains a year into 400 million litres of bioethanol, making petrol more sustainable. As part of their investment in the UK, construction of a new 70m unit to produce high protein animal feed at their Wilton site in Teeside. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the preconstruction and construction teams in all aspects of construction delivery associated with your allocated package or area. Management of subcontractors associated with your allocated package. Managing and leading health and safety standards on site. Liaising with Mace Design Management Team to resolve buildability issues. Delivering work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets. Management of client inspections and sign off of work elements. Achieving all Business Unit and Mace KPI's. Chairing regular safety, production and quality meetings. Maintaining high quality records. About you You have a relevant degree qualification. You have relevant construction / project management experience encompassing procurement through to handover. You hold a CSCS card relevant to the job role and are SMSTS qualified. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
