About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Workshop Controller. In this role, you will work closely with the Service Reception and Parts Teams, playing a key role in our operations. Become part of what is already a fantastic journey. The possibilities are endless.
Responsibilities
* Accounting for and managing Technicians' time when working on jobs.
* Ensuring Job Card write-up compliance with OEM Warranty Procedures.
* Managing and improving workshop productivity and efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician.
* Identifying Technician Training Needs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
* Excellent understanding of systems and processes within this environment.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
* Confident in dealing with people at all levels and able to build rapport quickly.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Negotiation and influencing skills.
* Ability to lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service.
