Key Responsibilities: Monitor Service Now Tickets: Keep an eye on incoming queries, providing timely responses based on our knowledge resources and adhering to Service Level Agreements. Triage Enquiries: Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate People colleagues, ensuring that employees receive the help they need. Conduct Right to Work Checks: Liaise with internal Security teams and suppliers to carry out pre-employment screening for all new hires. Process Orders and Invoices: Assist with Purchase Orders and invoicing to support the People Services function.
