We are hiring for the position of Levy Operations Co-ordinator based in Bircham Newton, King's Lynn. This is a permanent, full-time role with a target salary of £33,000, offering hybrid working arrangements including some days working from home.

Role Overview
The Levy Operations Co-ordinator supports CITB customers through all stages of the Levy lifecycle, ensuring accurate account management and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all activities within the CITB Levy Lifecycle, including registration, account updates, and support with Levy returns and assessments.
2. Provide professional customer service, exceeding expectations and ensuring positive interactions.
3. Guide customers on Levy legislation and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance.
4. Use various communication methods effectively, including phone, email, and virtual meetings.
5. Complete workload timely and to quality standards.
6. Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.
Candidate Profile

* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Strong customer focus and handling skills, including difficult situations.
* Problem-solving and dispute resolution abilities.
* Self-motivation and time management skills.
* Professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include experience in customer service, regulated environments, and knowledge of CITB Levy systems, along with a customer service qualification.
