Job Opportunity - Customer Service Advisor - Full Time - Office Based
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing exceptional service and support to customers. Full training will be provided during the initial 2–3 weeks.

Location: Newcastle (Office-based role)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Schedule: Flexibility required for shifts and days off, including weekends
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally.
* Log and validate all interactions using the company’s case/call logging system.
* Resolve customer queries efficiently using the relevant tools and systems.
* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.
