* Contract: Full Time and Part-Time
* Salary: £12.50 per hour
* Shift Type: Days (7.30am – 2.30pm & 2.00pm – 8.00pm, alternate weekends)
* Hours: Full Time or Part Time

What You’ll Do
* Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily routines, encourage positive choices, promote independence.
* Personalised Care: Follow and support each resident’s care plan, providing hands‑on help and thoughtful attention.
* Health and Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate concerns to Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, assist with calls to relatives or professionals.
* Champion Dignity: Uphold dignity and respect, ensuring residents feel valued.
* Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm environment.
* Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeeping to maintain safe, clean, comfortable spaces; respond quickly to emergencies.
* Nutritional Support: Assist residents who need extra help eating and drinking.
* Spread Smiles: Bring joy to residents’ lives and make them smile every day.
About You
* Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
* Experience: Ideally at least 6 months as a Care Assistant; passion and transferable skills also welcomed.
* Passion: Genuine interest in caring for the elderly, committed to delivering excellent service.
* Values: Integrity, respect, strong teamwork.
