The governors wish to appoint a passionate practitioner to join our HLTA team. You will work as part of the wider school team to ensure that all pupils, when covering classes, are making expected progress and attain at a level that is appropriate to them.
We are a school that is developing our colleagues understanding of research-based practice. Therefore, you should be a professional who wishes to embrace research-based practice within the classroom, have great communication skills in order to work as a team, and be able to see areas for development in your own practice.
